How long does it take to for my order to be received?

All our orders are despatched within 48 hours of ordering. Delivery time is usually 2-3 working days, but obviously for overseas delivery this may take longer.

Can I have my order sent directly to the person who the gift is for?

Yes, of course. We will send it anywhere in the world for you and include a personal message if desired. Gift wrapping and a gift box are available for a nominal charge of €2.50

How long can a name be?

Names can be up to 20 characters. If you have a special request for a double-barrelled name or special accent we will try and organise that for you.

Refund Policy?

Precious Moments will not refund a purchase if you change you mind, unless the gift has not been personalised. We can take no responsibility if you spell a name incorrectly, so please check your details carefully before sending them to us.

Do you embroider other products?

Yes we do but sometimes products are not suitable for embroidery. Give us a call though and we will see what can be done.

Postage and Handling

Standard postage rates are charged for all mailing and shipping. Air-mail is be used for countries outside of Ireland to ensure a speedy delivery.
